This page explains what data Monroe needs to operate accounts and generations, who receives it, and how users can manage it.
General provisions
This Policy applies to the Monroe website and services. By using Monroe or creating an account, you confirm that you have read this Policy. The service is intended exclusively for adults.
Data we process
- Account data: email or details from the selected Telegram profile, country code, and registration date. Plain-text passwords are never stored.
- Session data: data needed to sign in and keep you signed in.
- Generation materials: uploaded images, text descriptions, selected settings, and other data submitted for processing.
- Results: generated images or videos, work status, and error messages.
- Payment data: payment amount, currency, country, and payment status. Monroe does not receive or store full bank card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, referral source, device type, country, and visit time. This information helps us protect and improve the service.
How data is used
Data is used only for the following purposes:
- registration, sign-in, and maintaining the user session;
- submitting generation tasks and receiving results;
- displaying results to the account owner;
- preventing abuse, maintaining security, and fixing errors;
- complying with applicable law.
Third-party services
When Telegram sign-in is selected, the browser is redirected to Telegram's authentication service. Monroe receives only verified profile data and never receives your Telegram password.
To create works, Monroe may share uploaded materials and selected settings with a partner AI service. Only data needed for the selected feature is shared.
When you top up your balance, a payment partner may process the payment. It receives only the information needed to complete and protect the transaction.
Monroe does not sell user data. Information may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request from an authorized authority or when necessary to protect users and the service.
Material storage
Source files are used only to create the selected work. Completed results remain available in your account for 24 hours.
Completed results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Some information may be kept longer where required by law.
Cookies
Monroe uses an essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising tracking.
Security
We restrict access to results to your account and use measures to protect your data. However, no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Adults and consent
Uploading materials involving minors or creating content depicting minors is prohibited. Attempts to process such content may result in account suspension and disclosure to competent authorities where required by law.
You must have the explicit consent of every adult depicted and are responsible for the legality of uploading, creating, storing, and distributing materials.
User rights
You may request information about your data, correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.
Changes and contact
